Swedish superstar Lukas Berivall is looking forward to joining Tottenham Hotspur.
"Berivall is expected to make his final appearance for Jurgodens soon, ahead of his July move to Tottenham to join Son Heung-min," Football London reported on July 26.
Berivall is a promising Swedish midfielder. Born in 2006, he is 18 years old and has a lot of potential. He started his youth career with IF Brommapoikarna and made his professional debut in 2022. He then joined Jurgodens IF, where he scored two goals and provided one assist in 25 appearances.
Having recognized his potential early on, several big clubs were interested, with Barcelona being the most active. According to Fabrizio Romano, a journalist familiar with European soccer news, "Verbal and his family will meet again to reach an agreement following positive contacts with Barcelona. The director of Deku Barcelona wants to agree on the details with Verbal and finalize the deal. Jurgendens has agreed to do so."
But then Tottenham made a hijack. Tottenham's technical director Johan Lange had been actively pursuing Verbal. "Verbal is heading to Tottenham!
