Gaming Laboratories International LLC (GLI), a gaming technology certification company, said it had acquired all of its outstanding shares in Trisigma BV (pictured), a fellow game testing business based in the Netherlands.

The latter was described in a statement by GLI on Thursday as a game testing, inspection, certification and audit laboratory serving online and land-based regulated gaming customers.

James Maida, President and Chief Executive Officer of GLI, said: "Trisigma will now continue to retain and operate the Trisigma brand for the last 14 years, driven by the strength of GLI's global network."

Esther Ballard will remain Trisigma's executive director, "and continue to lead and manage Trisigma Geldermalsen Netherlands and Trisigma Barcelona's Spain offices," the statement said. 바카라사이트 추천
